Jakque and April...for Luukie

This is a picture I drew for my dear DA friend

Anyway, these are her characters, Jakque and April (a duh)...
I think they are such an adorable couple...Jakque is a whopping 6'8" and April is only...5'5" ?? heh, its cute... I imagine Jakque to be a gentle giant...so I tried to portray him that way...

They seem like a really innocent, pure couple...hope nothing happens to them! D:






This was also an attempt to make a picture with an overall color/ hue theme...dunno if I accomplished what I wanted to or not...but I'm trying my best to learn new coloring/drawing techniques! ^_^;
